That's What Faith Can Do

Many of you have heard the song, "Thaat's What Faith Can do". It's in the playlist in the sidebar, so you must of heard it if you have spent enough time on here. Go to the playlist and play it, listen to it while you read the lyrics.

This song is so amazing, and so true. I like the part where it goes
"Everyone's scared to death, when they decide to take that step, out on the water."

I believe it is refering to the story in Matthew 14:25-33
"Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. "It's a ghost," they said, and cried out in fear.
But Jesus immediately said to them: "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."
"Lord, if it's you," Peter replied, "tell me to come to you on the water."
"Come," he said.
Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!"
Immediatly Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. "You of little faith," he said, "Why did you doubt?"
And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. Then those who were in the boat worshipped him, saying, "Truly you are the Son of God."

Peter had to have faith to get out on the water, to trust he wouldn't sink. Once he tried to rely on himself to hold himself up, he sank. We have to have faith that Jesus won't let us sink all the way. You gotta have faith.
